Marty Kudelka's resume reads like a who's who in the entertainment industry having worked with Justin Timberlake, Janet Jackson, Mariah Carey and countless others. Speacial guest faculty David Moore joined the Monsters family by choreographing for, and in 2010, co-directing the Monsters LA Show. He has also worked with artisits such as Sean Kingston, Busta Rhymes, Hannah Montana, and served as a judge and choreographer on SYTYCD in Germany and the Ukraine. The students were challenged and came away with new styles of hip hop and lots of career information for the future. Saturday evening we all attended the Club Stylz show in the main ballroom. The "Boom Crew" (Zarah Cobb, Tiffany Feese, Randi Mattox, Austin Nieves, Devin Payne, Ryanne Tate, Ronnie & Zachary Treadway) performed a Hip Hop number. Austin Nieves also performed his solo. When it was time for the evening Battles one of our dads Ray Lujan father of Max Lujan won the "Parent Battle" and walked away with a Convention Scholarship for son Max. Ray did an outstanding job of showing us some old style Hip Hop. Sir Dymond Taylor took 3rd Place in the" Intermediate level Battle" and he also brought home a Convention Scholarshipp. All and all it was another fantastic adventure and we look forward to doing it again next year.
